Shipping Info


  • Shipping Rates: To see how much shipping is for a certain product, all you need to do is just add the item you want to the cart, then go to the next page & input your details, then on the next page a shipping cost will show. We work with a variety of shipping couriers to get the best possible shipping rates for Australia-wide postage. If at checkout there is no shipping rate showing for your address, please contact us and we'll happily quote it for you :)
  • Please note that we cannot accept a PO BOX address as Courier companies will not allow them for the size of packages sent.
  • All shipping rates on our website include freight insurance by the courier provider. Item/s are covered while in transit for damages. It does not cover item/s once they have been delivered to designated address or for theft from the designated address. If you discover any damage to your item/s upon delivery please contact us immediately.
  • We recommend you input a business address when ordering as all shipping rates shown are to a business address only. Many delivery company's are now charging a fee for residential address deliveries for larger items. Note that we may contact you after ordering if an extra fee is required. 
  • Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. If you don't receive this email please check other inboxes in your email account.
  • If your product is in stock please allow 1-3 day business days for your goods to be handled before being shipped. If any product in your order is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on your postcode within Australia. If you're in a metro area you can usually expect your item to take approx 2-6 business days on average. For metro postcodes of Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania please allow approx 5-8 business days. For any rural or remote postcodes, please allow extra time for delivery.
  • We recommend you have someone present to accept goods when they are delivered. Otherwise a re-delivery fee will be charged if goods are returned. Unfortunately Courier companies will not give exact times of delivery of a package; usually just the day on which they should be delivered. Let us know if you wish to have someone sign for your goods upon arrival, by leaving a note when you order.
  • We do not recommend 'Authority to Leave' in case of theft. 
  • Unfortunately we cannot control late shipments caused by a courier company. However don't worry, we always endeavour to make sure your item gets to you as quick as possible.
