Do you post to PO Box addresses?
Currently we cannot accept a PO BOX address as Courier companies will not allow them for the size of packages sent.

How do I see how much shipping is?
To see how much shipping is for a certain product, all you need to do is just add the item you want to the cart, then go to the next page & input your details, then on the next page a shipping cost will show. We work with a variety of shipping couriers to get the best possible shipping rates for Australia-wide postage. If at checkout there is no shipping rate showing for your address, please contact us and we'll happily quote it for you :)

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will vary depending on your postcode within Australia. If you're in a metro area you can usually expect your item to take approx 2-6 business days on average. For metro postcodes of Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania please allow approx 5-8 business days. For any rural or remote postcodes, please allow extra time for delivery.

Will you provide a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. If you don't receive this email please check other inboxes in your email account.

Can I get something shipped to me Express?
At this stage we don't currently offer an Express shipping option. However all items are despatched as quickly as possible to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.

What payment options do you have?
We have several different ways to pay for your new lights! Currently we have Credit Card, Paypal, Buy Now Pay Later options & direct Bank Deposit (contact us for this option).

Do you offer any discounts at all?
There's always a discount to be had! Keep an eye out on our website and join up to our email list. On our email list we send out special offers and sales to get your new lights cheaper. And if you keep your eyes out on our website, there will be often some discount codes around that you can use :)

Do lights have any fitting instructions provided?
In the majority of cases, most head lights and tail lights will not be provided with any instructions. Due to the nature of automotive electrical lights, we highly recommend a licensed Auto Electrician to install any aftermarket lights that are different to your originals. Most OEM style lights will be 'plug and play' and you'll be ready to go (just see within each listing if this is the case). Some aftermarket LED head light options though will need some kind of special wiring that are best left to the professionals.

Do my lights come with a warranty?
For peace of mind most products are covered by a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise (contact us about a certain product if you're unsure). This will be stated at the top of a listing as to the length of the warranty or if a warranty is applicable on any particular product. Please see our returns page for info regarding warranties.

Can I return an item?
Yes you can, if you want to return an item please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your item. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). Photos or video must be taken of any faults/damage and be emailed to us within 48 hours. Any returns for choosing an incorrect product or change of mind, will attract a 10% restocking fee. Any shipping fee originally paid is non-refundable and return shipping of the item will be at buyers expense.
