Returns Info

 

If you want to return an item you've purchased off us, no problems. Please see all return related information below.

Returns Information:

  • If you want to return an item please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your item. 
  • Upon approving your return we'll provide you with a return address to return the item too.
  • To return a product, it must be in a as-new, unused, undamaged condition with the original packaging.
  • Once the product is received back, checked over and approved, we will contact you.
  • Any returns for choosing an incorrect product or change of mind, will attract a 10% restocking fee. Any shipping fee originally paid is non-refundable and return shipping of the item will be at buyers expense.
  • If a refund is approved it will be processed via your original form of payment. Please check your payment providers terms for how long they may take to process reversal of funds.



Returns for Damaged Item/s:

  • If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately (within 48 hours).
  • Photos or video must be taken by buyer of any faults/damage and be emailed to us within 48 hours.
  • Either a replacement item, refund or partial refund may be processed.

 

Warranty:

For peace of mind most products are covered by a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise. For any warranty claims please email us with photos and a written description of the issue. Warranty does not cover the general maintenance of products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to our supply warehouse. If the item is found to be faulty, a new or repaired item will be shipped to your address.
